SmartClick AI, 2018 to today
I founded SmartClick AI, an Armenian-American AI and machine-learning company, in 2018 and lead it as CEO. Its in-house engineers and security specialists deliver the work I advise on.

Public-sector AI evaluation and mentoring
Evaluating other people’s AI projects, grant applications and startups is how I learned to spot weak assumptions quickly. Roles are listed with their actual scope.
The Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia runs the country’s state programs for technology startups, grants and AI infrastructure. The President Tech Award is Uzbekistan’s national technology award.

I have invested personally in more than 70 startups, and in many more through the venture funds where I am a partner, Formula VC and SmartGate VC. I invest alongside BANA Angels, Science and Technology Angels Network (STAN) and the Angel Investor Club of Armenia (AICA).
