Who is responsible
This website is run by Rem Darbinyan. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form.
What you send us
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.
The form is delivered as an email through Resend, an email delivery provider, and the message is kept in Rem’s inbox for as long as the conversation is relevant.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that check only; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors find the site, including visits that come from AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Perplexity. IP addresses are anonymised. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics does not load at all.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also records basic request information, and we count visits from automated crawlers (for example search engines and AI crawlers) without identifying any person.
Cookies and storage
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies when it runs. The accessibility panel stores your display preferences in your browser’s local storage; they never leave your device. There are no advertising or social-media trackers on this site.
Links to other sites
Links to Forbes, LinkedIn, SmartClick AI and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its use. Send a request through the contact form and we will act on it.
